Northerners warned Afoko that a Northerner has no place in NPP. All they do is fool you to deceive your people up there to vote for NPP. After they win you the Northerner will only be in the fringes and benefiting from only what crumbs drop off the dining tables of the Akyem/Ashanti mafia.

Nobody has used as much of their personal fortune on NPP as Afoko, yet see how he has been humiliated!

NPP used to be practically non-existent in the North. Aliu Mahama single-handedly made NPP attractive in the North but see what happened to him: As VP he was a neglected nonentity. And when it came to finding a replacement for Kufuor, not a single southerner voted for Aliu!!! What votes Aliu had all came from his Northern brethren.

Afoko ignored what happened to Aliu and has had the rudest shock of his life. Bawumia thinks that the Ashanti/Akyem attitude to northerners does not include him. He should wait and see what will happen to him when Nana exits the scene, and this is merely 8 months away (November) when Nana will be thrashed ignominiously at the polls. It is then it will dawn on Bawumia that all the praises he is receiving now are a mere trick to spur him on to do more stupid things for the benefit of his deceivers.

Bawumia does not know that behind his back these people will be mocking him.

These two corrupt teams are playing the country like fixed football where they take turns to win elections (football games) to the grand deception of all of us - Ghanaians who think and believe these are genuine matches and we put all our hopes and emotions in it. Nana's team is not a part of this nonsense, and that is why the rank and file of the NPP is so lethargic at best towards Nana's campaign. I urge the Masses - both of the NPP and NDC to recognize how we are being played by mahama and some NPP leaders, and throw our support behind Nana and Bawumia. He was just trying to do as much damage as possible to NPP's chances, especially by revealing as much damning information about how the party's funds were being handled by persons other than himself.

How can a political party such as NPP dream of ruling Ghana when they can not even solve their internal problems at all? Only f---s may vote for a party like NPP. But they have large following in 2 regions. Does this mean people of these 2 regions are -----s? I don't think so. The wise one would advise themselves and vote wisely, not for NPP anyway. Dreaming of wining elections in 2016 is too big a burden for NPP to carry. They will participate but no hope for winning.

As former Chair of our great party you cannot be talking your case with the media as he is doing. I respect and supported Afoko when he contested for the party's highest office. Instead of solving the problem over the media why doesn't he address the issues that called for his removal in the first place. Convince everyone and you would be restored. I dont think anybody would kick his ass for nothing. And as a former chair, you should rather keep quiet and battle the case in court as is being done. Don't allow yourself for people to use you downgrade the very party you once liked so well.
