The reality is that the Security Services- the Police and BNI- in Ghana are under the firm control of the NDC Government which is doing everything to rig the elections and maintain power. These are not professional and neutral Security Services. How then do you expect the Opposition Party to trust these Agencies and put the destiny of the Party and its Leadership in the hands of these Agencies. It is therefore prudent that the Party trains its own Security to give Protection to its Leadership and Members. Even in the United States Mr.Trumph has his own private Security in addition to the Police Security. But the difference here is that the American Police is professional and neutral, unlike the Ghana Police and BNI which are on the Payroll of the State, but still work in favour of the NDC. The NNP should therefore NOT worry about the Lies which the NDC and BNI shall spread about its Security Training Programme, but rather it should GO ahead and train its own Security People. Do forget that Graphic and BNI
have ONLY ONE AIM- to discredit Nana and NPP.They are therefore not professional and neutral.

Three South African Ex-Policemen Not Terrorists – Ghana's Interior Minister

The Minister of Interior, Hon. Prosper D.K. Bani has in a sharp response to an interview on SAfm 104-107, a Johannesburg based radio station of the South African Broadcasting Corporation, revealed that three South Africans who were arrested at Duakwa in Ghana's Central Region, are not terrorists as speculated by the Ghanaian media, but licensed security experts from South Africa who were training some Ghanaian private security personnel.

The Minister, who is responsible for security within the borders of Ghana said the Head of Ghana's Bureau of National Investigations (BNI) had confirmed to him that the three gentlemen are owners of a private security firm in South Africa.

“They are the owners of Unified Risk in South Africa, they are known for their international expertise in Security matters, they train private security men in various forms, they are harmless people not terrorists.", The Minister confirmed when speaking to SAfm's news anchor Sakina Kamwendo on the Morning Broadcast.

When asked by Sakina whether it was true that an opposition political party in Ghana, smuggled the alleged terrorists into Ghana to cause acts of terror, the Minister sharply disagreed and indicated that the staff of Unified Risk traveled to Ghana on a business visa, in a co-operation with Delta Security, a registered security company in Ghana which operates as a business entity that offers lawful security services to many organizations in Ghana.

Did you take time to read the article very carefully? The party is training it's personnel with a registered security company. Is it wrong for the training to take place anywhere in Ghana apart from Accra? Or do you mean that the NPP should have made public their training program? The party also has its right to select where and who to train their personnel. Would the police service which you claim are more qualified provide a free service to the party? You see not quite long the party headquarters of the NPP was invaded by people who the NPP claimed were national security officials. It was also reported that some sophisticated arms were recovered. Up to date what has come out of the investigation that was carried out? As the article said this issue is under investigation for which details should not have been made public. The NDC is only making noise always finding every means to implicate Nana Akufo Addo for which people buy into it without reasoning. Most of the comments including this very one I am compelled to reply does not make sense at all. The statement that "If they are afraid of Nana dying, why didn't they protect Joseph Boakye Danquah the Abuakwa North MP" is uncalled for and it is sad for you to make such a statement. Who knows when the thief will come? And if the thief had come would it be wrong for one to protect him or herself? Let us reason and make comments that will benefit all. If there is any politician to be praised then I think Nana Addo deserves that praise. Let's face facts and stop all this nonsense in order for us to deal critically with issues confronting us. We seem to be joking with our lives. It is in the same manner that Mahama condemned everything the NPP proposed only to turn round later to embrace it. We have to be serious and hold our political leaders accountable rather than attacking those who are not even in power. This is the time that serious questions need to be asked for serious answers. For 59 years Ghana is still in its primitive era and are we not ashamed? Propaganda and insults cannot be used to develop a nation. It is only through reasoning, that we can come out of this mess. My humble appeal is for us to criticize with sense and humor. There is no one to develop Ghana except our good self. Don't let us just follow the few greedy ones with our stomachs.

It is not possible for NANA to win any election in Ghana with Ashanti and Eastern regions. Unless all the other regions decide not come out and vote. NANA AND Bawumia know they are just wasting their time.

Does Bawumia's drivers carry guns because i am told they were trained in how to handle weapons. Where the NPP had or are planning to get weapons from must be investigated. Such acts end up creating tourist groups in Ghana. NPP are traitors they want to disrupt this country.

NPP has now become a violent party after committing a lot of violent within its party premises, today they want to turn the fire on the country. They have brought mercenaries into the country to train their so called security detail.
