  IMANI for this opinion,you are a think tank.Youth employment in its criminal numiclature by from district mobilization to national youth employment and all the dawadawas and mumunies/koobis are tatamont to youth enslavement and political indoctrination of the unsuspecting Ghanaian youth to be lazy,partisan,poor,hungry and foolishly violent and lethal in Ghana's politics.All the cash ,usually dish out during election years on that should be channelled to WAEC to organise resiting examiminations for Ghanaians anime to us hopeless BCE failures to prepare them for sss cert where knowledge wishdom and life begins or resource primary to basic levels of education which is the spring board in a child's life.

  I don't think this guy is real policy think tank;why do Canada,and othe Scandenanian countries creates welfare?..could you alleviate power while people in desperately need food and shelter without providing for them..poverty ...
