As for your statement about "looting of Ga lands", I beg to differ. What you should have really said is "the throwing of otherwise expensive urban Ga lands away at give-away prices by your incredibly dumb Ga Chiefs and clan-heads". I know some non-Ga people who got 4 good plots in Accra from one of your selfish and greedy Chiefs in exchange for a well-polished 8-year-old old banger (old vehicle).

Ga's are not interested in being successful. All that gets them excited is to see the presence of JJ in their midst and that is all that they want.

If you had any sense yourself, I would advice that you go around Accra and verify for yourself who and who - and with which political connections, have exploited Ga's the most.

What do you expect when for decades the rule of law in a purportedly "democratic" country has practically seized to function? "Looting" and other anti-social behaviours become the order of the day! Ghana's now virtually on her knees due to the unbridled greed and 'excesses' in the corridors of power and by individuals who believe or have been led to believe they are "untouchable" under law, irrespective of their pronouncements, actions and deeds. It beggars belief as to how the same people who have been screaming "accountability and probity" have been caught up in so many political scandals and the scandals keep on coming and they are not called to answer? Why hasn't the ruling on the Adoagyiri land been actioned? Is it a government for some people and not all the people? In the same light, why have the issue of confiscated assets by the erstwhile AFRC/PNDC left to fester for all these years and not addressed by the nation and put rest? Righting these wrongs are long overdue.Those abusing their "positions" in our society must be brought to justice. Justice must be prevail if we are to develop and move on as a nation. I end on this question, why enshrine all these executive "instruments" to protect oneself if one is innocent or beyond reproach in the first place?

There was a purpose for which the state issued the Executive instrument? What did the state under the signature of John Dramani Mahama want those lands for? Was it fulfilled? Was it used for it's intended purpose? Was the Executive instrument for the purpose of leasing the said lands to Caridem company? If it was not, why does Caridem company have a 50year leasehold on the land?
Clearly there are a lot more questions John Mahama's gov't needs to answer concerning these lands and increasingly, it calls into question the kind of judgment, the kind of leadership that has been brought to bear in the governance of this country and it is rotten as the evidence suggests.
There is no way the John Mahama-led NDC gov't can lead this country and they must go.

Most land owned by communal authority is held on behalf of the natives and settlers. Chiefs have no right to sell or use land for their own personal agenda unless they seek permission from the people.
When large tracts of land is grabbed either by companies or individual power brokers, usually chiefs and local residents would have collaborated with the process. If not, then any form of registration is not legally binding and the process can be reversed.
I will suggest the process through which the said lands were transferred be checked carefully if the matter is to be resolved amicably.
A more potent alternative solution is for all natives of the said areas to proactively claim their land back. This can be done by asking the identified 'leaseholder' to desist from setting foot on the land. It is also important to ask questions of the chiefs. For example; as custodians of the land on behalf of the native born people, how could they not be aware that a process of formalisation of their lands were being carried out right under their noses? This is enough reason to depose some chiefs and reorganise those communities. for example; the total land can be surveyed and distributed to all the clans and families from the area so that everyone can take steps to secure their own land property.
