The deal included $8 million extra fuel tank, $1 million staircase , $1.4 million in-flight-entertainment, $17 million hangar to house the plane. Mahama led $10 billion STX KOREA SCANDAL also stinks, it saw Ghana paying $245 million to Korea partners just as "POLITICAL RISK INSURANCE". Ghana lost this astonishing amount in this foolish deal, the project never saw the dawn of the day!!...........WE SOWED GYEEDA $70 million, SUBAH, SADA, $600m AMERI DEAL, $28m just for renovation on KUMASI AIRPORT RUNWAY, RIDGE HOSPITAL renovation scandal, CIRCLE & KASOA INTERCHAGE, RATTRAY PARK, T'DI RAILWAY, MERCHANT BANK, Ghc 217m on CAPACITY BUIDING. Whose capacity did NDC build??? just thievery!!! We sowed $1m (Ghc3.6m) BUS BRANDING. ALSO $92 million Electrification Project by SMARTYS FOUND OVERPRICED BY $9M......................WE SOWED INFLATED CONTRACTS LIKE SIX CLASSROOM BLKS COSTING 400,000.00 GHC UNDER NDC INSTEAD OF 80,000.00 UNDER NPP....WE SOWED 8.7 BILLION GHC OVEREXPENDITURE IN 2012 JUST FOR NDC AND JOHN MAHAMA TO WIN ELECTIONS....WE SOWED A GREAT DEAL OF THIEVERY AND CORRUPTION WHILST MEN OF GOD AND DUNCAN WILLIAMS CONTINUE TO SIT IDLE BY OR GOT INVOLVED IN THIEVING THEMSELVES.......SO WHAT IS DUNCAN WILLIAMS SAYING TO GOD.....WE ARE REAPING WHAT THE NDC GOVT HAS SOWED.

As a Ph.D and a head of an NGO/Think-tank, "Institute of Fiscal Studies" (IFS), I expected that you will bring something convincing and insightful to the debate, instead of regurgitating what a political opponent of the government is spewing out there. I don't even know if I should accuse of of plagiarising Bawumia's statements, because you provided none which is yours.

Seriously, where is your mettle on the issue? You have not shown any knowledge or expertise on this debt issue to be taken seriously. Your statements on the issue could be at best be described as pedestrian.

Are you just another lazy ass armchair NGO/Think-Tank executive, the Gabby Ochere Darko and Linda Ofori Kwafo type?

At least bring something new and meaningful to the debate, like a deeper insight, backed by facts and figures. You made no such new addition. Even if you wanted to side with Bawumia's position, provide fresh material to reinforce his allegations. But you did none of those. You didn't bring nor provide anything new to reinforce what is already being contested.

This lazy lizard worked at the Ministry of Finanace as a Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning in Ghana from 2009 to 2013 and one would have expected that he will get/intercept some figures from the ministry to reinforce what Bawumia is alluding to.

If a whole Executive Director of the "Institute of Fiscal Studies", who also happened to be a former Special Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Economic Planning in Ghana from 2009 to 2013, can't provide a scintilla of data to buttress his position on this issue, then he doesn't qualify to head that institution nor comment on this all important issue in the first place.

I want to believe that the president of the republic, the Ministry of Finance, the Minister of Finance, and the Bank of Ghana are in a much better position to know what our debt stock is than do Bawmumia and Newman Kusi who are clearly doing NPP politics with the issue.

If a foreign government or institution wants to know what our debt stock is, it will never ever go to NPP's Bawumia or Newman Kusi to get that information. They will ask the government of Ghana, whose leader is Mahama, whose Finance minister is Seth Tekper.
