I don’t want to see any party elected officers around me; because I am ugly, short and jealous. These handsome guys will overshadow me.

I want acting officers only ……if you mention any elected officers name around my neighbourhood , you shall be suspended, acidized, killed or sacked.

Dishonour all party elders and dump the party constitution and I will reward you with invincible medal.

You should kill with cutlasses, use “woma funu”, Brooms and acid

You should disorganise any party gathering that’s not authorised by me.

You should steal from the party’s bank account into my invincible bank account. So I can use it to pay for the wee and cocaine I use.

You should bear false witness to any good thing done in the country and tag any credible institution and groups with corruption. That will bring the change I want.

You just don't know much about MMT,SIC is their insurance company who at the same time is a co-share owner.The truck owner will never win if he sues SIC,he shd sue Ghana govt,John Mahama,NDC & Selassie Ibrahim hahahaaaaaaaa.

He's right to sue the company, if the mmt company has insurance, then the insurance will take over the case. He couldn't straight to sue the mmt insurance

You don't need to sue an insurer to make a claim. For your information Metro Mass may have to bear the whole cost because third party properly damage has a limit on liability. The general one backed by law is only GHC2,000.00 ...

You don't need to sue an insurer to make a claim. For your information Metro Mass may have to bear the whole cost because third party properly damage has a limit on liability. The general one backed by law is only GHC2,000.00 but it could be increased to about GHC5,000.00.It is for the injuries that claims would be paid under the policy but for property damage no insurance company will give cover for unlimited liability. And for a reckless outfit like Metro Mass Transit,even the other insurance companies do not want to deal with them so the government forces the hands of SIC to underwrite the risk.Let's try to educate ourselves on this platform. The needless sensationalism doesn't help anyone.

Even with comprehensive insurance, they will never pay you the full amount of your loss. Do MMT buses have comprehensive insurance? Somehow I doubt it.

I wholeheartedly support the suite.
It is a pity the defendant driver lost his life in the accident. The principle of 'res ipsa loquitor' raised is the right weapon to fight this case.

Is the truck itself insured and in good condition? From the narration there are technical problems with the truck concerned. If the truck is insured the matter will be handled by the insurance company.

Again, he will need a police report confirming his allegations as a Solid support for his case. Also, an independent accident investigator will have to prove to support his case. Without these information, I am afraid the law will not look good for him with this case.
