    You just don't know much about MMT,SIC is their insurance company who at the same time is a co-share owner.The truck owner will never win if he sues SIC,he shd sue Ghana govt,John Mahama,NDC & Selassie Ibrahim hahahaaaaaaaa.

    He's right to sue the company, if the mmt company has insurance, then the insurance will take over the case. He couldn't straight to sue the mmt insurance

    You don't need to sue an insurer to make a claim. For your information Metro Mass may have to bear the whole cost because third party properly damage has a limit on liability. The general one backed by law is only GHC2,000.00 ...

    Even with comprehensive insurance, they will never pay you the full amount of your loss. Do MMT buses have comprehensive insurance? Somehow I doubt it.

    I wholeheartedly support the suite.
    It is a pity the defendant driver lost his life in the accident. The principle of 'res ipsa loquitor' raised is the right weapon to fight this case.

    Is the truck itself insured and in good condition? From the narration there are technical problems with the truck concerned. If the truck is insured the matter will be handled by the insurance company.

    GRA should confirm plaintiff taxes on the income. Private sector workers under declare income and most pay no taxes.

    Rule of law is the way to go in Ghana. Everybody has to be responsible for their actions, period!
