    Clearly this is the english written by some of the NDC politicians . I will bet the instruction was just print it. So they did. Don't blame the civil servants.

    Oh so this is where Ghana has gotten to...God save us ...from election mistake now everything is by mistake in this country ..even the apology letter to correct the mistake also had a wrong date
