  have passionately been monitoring the pronouncements and measures being taken by the Bank of Ghana to address the numerous fraudulent activities of Micro Finance Institutions in this state. Undeniably, these financial institutions have caused more havoc to Ghanaians than any other institutions.
  
  Shockingly, the Bank of Ghana is absolutely silent on the nefarious activities of Noble Dream Micro Finance. I have several empirical evidences to attest to the fact that Noble Dream Micro Finance has defrauded more innocent citizens across the country than DKM, yet, the Bank of Ghana has remained quiet on the fraudulent acts of Noble Dream Micro Finance.
  
  It was Bank of Ghana who issued license to Noble Dream Micro Finance to operate. Before l deposited my income, l was fully convinced by the management of Noble Dream that it had obtained license from the Bank of Ghana to operate and that my money was safe. I trusted the Bank of Ghana. Having issued them license to operate, the Central Bank did not provide any sound regulatory environment for the sector. They were not properly checked and supervised.
  
  Sadly, the Noble Dream Micro Finance has not operated for more than two years, yet, the monitoring and supervisory department of Bank of Ghana has failed woefully to investigate and prosecute the management of Noble Dream Micro Finance institution for defrauding unsuspecting customers. At Sewhi Waiwso alone, Noble Dream Microfinance has run away with Gh ?601,000 which belonged to 394 residents. In fact, hundreds of residents in Kumasi and its environs have been defrauded.
  
  The Bank of Ghana was aware that the Noble Dream Micro Finances was diverting customers’ deposits into unprofitable and unattainable projects and expanding their business without a commensurate increase in capacity. The Bank of Ghana should as a matter of urgency declare the state of Noble Dream Micro Finance.
