    A private company did the import. Why would a company import and pay transportation and other charges if you can buy cheaper locally? Who is is deceiving who?

    It doesn't make any difference. If a Ghanaian company did Import cocoa from La cote devoir, there is an indication that we didn't have sufficient amount to supply our local industries.
