This is what you get when you put corrupt, selfish, non-performers like Stephen Kpordzih in charge of the only Bank in the country that is charged with funding agricultural production. Instead of pursuit of the core mandate of the Bank what did we see? Wanton dissipation of the finances of the Bank through payment of fraudulent unjustifiable bonuses to self, huge bribes to journalists, MPs, security personnel, and so called stakeholders, fraudulent sale of the Bank's building properties to self and to cronies. The Board of the Bank surprisingly superintended over all these malfeasance! Gratefully the agenda to run the Bank down so he and his cronies would acquire it, did not materialise. We pray for grace for Mr.. Asiedu to open a new chapter in the life of the Bank, restoring the ADB family, and ensuring transparency. That is the only way confidence in the Bank from the general public can be restored. God be with you Mr. Asiedu.

WHAT IS AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK WHEN THE FARMING SECTOR IS STILL DOMINATED BY ILLITERATE PEASANT AND COCOA FARMERS.
AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT BANK FUNCTIONS, WHEN THE SECTOR HAS GOOD EDUCATED AND TRAINED ARTISAN AND TECHNICIAN FARMERS WITH THE KNOWLEDGE TO PROMOTE CROP AND ANIMAL PRODUCTION AND TO INCREASE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY IN THE COUNTRY.
YOU CANNOT EDUCATE AND TRAIN AGRICULTURALISTS AND FOR THEM TO WORK AT THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE,AGRICULTURAL AGENCIES AND DEPARTMENTS FOR NON PRODUCTIVE WORK.
IT IS STILL A PITY, WE DO NOT KNOW WHERE WE ARE AND WHERE WE ARE GOING IN THE 21st CENTURY.
SAD WITHOUT FURTHER WORDS.

IS THE WORLD BANK NOT AWARE THAT, THE FARRMING SECTOR IN GHANA IS STILL DOMINATED BY PEASANT FARMERS.
ALL ATTEMPTS FOR THE PAST DECADE YTO GAIN SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO UPLIFT THE SECTOR WITH TRAINED ARTISANS AND TECHNICIANS AND FOR THEM TO INCREASE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY, ONLY YIELDED IN VAIN.
THE AFRICAN AGRICULTURAL SECTOR WAS ONLY ENCOURAGED TO USE CUTLASS AND HOE TO CULTIVATE THE LANDS, WHILE THEY ONLY CONCENTRATED ON SELLING TO AFRICA HIGH BREEDING SEEDS,FERTILIZER, INSECTITIDES AND UNIVERSITY EDUCATION FOR MSC AND PHD DEGREES FOR THE RUNNING OF THE PRIMITIVE FARMING SECTOR ON THE CONTINENT.
AFRICA AND GHANA ARE TO BE BLAMED,WHY BECAUSE, WE STILL DO NOT KNOW WHERE WE ARE AND WHERE WE ARE GOING IN THE 21st CENTURY.
IT IS SIMPLY PATHETIC AND SAD FOR SUCH BLAME GAMES.

It's very funny when we rush to warnings like this. I don't deny the fact that we need to do more in the Agricultural industry. The question is what is the World Banks business in this? Using such terms is very hypocritical, instead they should be plain to say "We need you guys to work more." That's all they know, robbing from those who have for those who don't have.
We have been so foolish for a long time. Which of these has value, gold or printed paper?

Each region is to get $10,000 whilst one greenhouse is at $18,000. Have they helped in any way? How many greenhouses can each region get? Not to talk of district. Please give us a break.
