    Was it the publisher? If they were publisher error then the publisher should refund the 120,000 cedis. If not then someone needs to pay for it with his or her job for inefficiency.

    WHERE IN GHANA IS CORRUPTION NOT RIFE. IMPUNITY IS OUR GREATEST ENEMY. GNAT HAS BEEN ROTTEN FOR A LONG TIME BUT AS USUAL WE KNOW NOTHING WILL HAPPEN.

    Teacher unions are selfish & and can' t fight 4 their members. unions go to support Gov't not to pay arrears to their members.
