The president has been saying that he tried to introduce electronic payment and acquisition systems into the public sector {to reduce human contact with cash} in his effort to fighting corruption, but lamented that the systems were often resisted.

This has become so monotonous that Ghanaians are beginning to wonder whether the president is actually serious and interested in fighting corruption as he claims, or it's just another crocodile's tears to deceive Ghanaians into believing that he is making an effort, while the government and its cronies amass billions of dollars at the expense of this struggling HIPC nation.
Why should Ghanaians hire a president that can't even introduce an electronic system successfully into the public sector to save us from criminals masquerading as civil servants? Mr. Mahama must be seen to be fighting corruption with all his might rather than go on lamenting helplessly like the rest of us who hired him to do the job.

If you don’t have the mind of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah you can never bring change to Ghanaians. The mind of Nkrumah speaks louder beyond our borders. It is simply Fear of God and selfless service to Nation and the people.

It is very simple to develop the people to take charge in managing their own affairs; people must be encouraged to use their minds effectively and positively. The black person has been an object of mockery in the world for a very long time. Those with great knowledge expertise were and are being exploited outside their country of origin through “brain drain” philosophy. All because we don’t we believe in ourselves.

Most black people are so corrupt and greedy to point of selling their conscience for bread to betray their own. Today in our own land, our own people serve as agents to foreign profiteers to thwart the growth and development of our people and the nation. Many of our own go round the world misinforming our development partners from given us assistance or delay the processes that will enhance our development. Yet will come and spill bitterness about life in the country.

The have just one myopic ambition; to have access to power to enrich themselves and not the welfare of the masses. They see political ambition as an act of war by only dwelling on agitations other than providing solutions. Their plan is to manipulate the system to get them access. They always rush to speak on issue before analysing, very shallow and unintelligent, they prefer to be called names that sound intimidating however they are the most cowardice.

Such non entities vociferous traitors are in the country trying very hard every morning to make their voices heard to prove to their partners that they are doing well. However if you analyse them carefully, you will begin to ask questions.

What have they done for their community?
What are their personal achievements?
Where is their source of income?
Who pays their monthly wages and living allowance?
What transformation have they brought to their immediate community?

Be a true citizen and make careful choices, do not follow the masses when you can make a difference. It is not how much words you can put out or the grammar you can spew but the sense you can make. It is very true empty barrels make the most noise.

Nana Konadu, you miscaluted your chances of contesting to run for the Presidency of Ghana even if President Mill was going only one term. Truth is that unlike elswhere in the world you could have stood the chance of winning both the NDC primaries and the general election, not in ghana. You would have lost either in the NDC or in the General election. First you would been seen by Ghanaians Rawlings being greedy to remain in Ghanain politics for long and therefore you would have been rejected by Ghanaians. Secondly the courage, charisma that President Rawlings exudes or have, you lack. Thirdly in Ghana it was not seen of women to occupy that higher position of Head of state or President, and so your contesting for the Presidency was going to be a huge gamble for the NDC. Thank God President Miils beat you overwhelmingly NDC would have by now being fighting to come to power from opposition. It must be pointed out to you that your husband charm, charisma and popularity was not automatically transferred in you. You must know that It was Jerry Rawlings singular popularity, his just development projects accross the country since PNDC NDC eras, that attracted people and they drifte to the NDC party. Your deafeat by President Mill gave NDC life to breath and kept the party alive growing from strength. Come november NDC is going to win one touch.

You did not hide your displeasure at JJ praising Mills and declaring his support if Mills, who was then his Vice, decided to contest the Presidency. From then on, you did everything to scuttle the Mills campaign. When Mills embarked on his campaign, you took away the media with you, commissioning so-called 31st DWM projects. You robbed the Mills campaign of all publicity. You starved it of funding because at the time, contributions for party work from MPs, ministers and party supporters were lodged with you. remember? There were rumours that you had procured campaign materials from the Federation of Chinese Women for your own campaign. Never once did you come out to deny the rumours or declare your ambitions and left everybody guessing. For you, it was a game of outfoxing everyone. When your schemes for selection as flag bearer failed, you supported other candidates to contest Mills. When that also failed, you split the party with your NDP. Your claim about Mill's promise to do one term being the reason you entered the race is not true. Just like you being the founder of the 31ST DWM! Others founded it and dropped it in you lap. Some have died, but there are still many alive who will attest to the fact that you were given the presidency of that organisation on a silver platter. Several possible candidates were discussed but you became the choice because of the fight for supremacy between the 31ST DWM and the Federation of Ghanaian Women. It was considered that your position as the first lady would could be exploited to the advantage of the Movement. True, the history of that era will be written, and it is being drafted. MODESTY is an invaluable virtue. You did not initiate a revolution in Ghana. You were not the founder of the NDC. You were a participant by virtue of your position as the spouse of those events. But yesterday is gone and another day has come. Take a cue from your beloved spouse. Take a back seat. There is nothing radically new you can do for this country. Warm regards,
