I live in an area where three teachers ran away last year when the Bni visited to check certificates. They have since not returned but had been drawing salary for between 5-10 years. They were even promoted faster than those with correct certificates. The result is failure by innocent pupils. Weeding out such names will affect innocent ones but its a necessary evil.

If you don't know what you should do the definately you might have written the exams with fraud surounding you all over. Now the next gemeration also follows with the same thing but the leaders of the gang do not want to allow them hahahahaaa! I attended one of the prestigious tertiaries in the country. One day a guy failed accounting and was going to wright a re-sit and wonderfully to me, the guy never entered the examination hall at all. Another person went in and wrote for him. I asked him "eei Fred how did you do it?" he told me ah! But we are in Ghana, have you forgotten you can buy any thing in Ghana? I just shook my head. That guy will complete the school and occupy a high office while the one who actually knows the thing will nott be allowed to even get closer to the job. Politicians all did those things and that is why the country has ran to this ditch.

We are yet to see the number the BNI can get hold of.This is even a police case.The economic crimes bureau should focus on " ghost names perpetrated on one hand by directors at the ministry of education with active participation and collaboration of the controller and accountant generals department. These are problems facing our nation.The real fake teachers might surprisingly exist in very isolated numbers.There rest would all be "ghost names" paid by the ministry, monies that eventually end up in directors' pockets. Look at the lifestyles of education directors. In this current economic hardships ,how do they manage to lead such grandiose lifestyles? On the backs of "fake teachers" for sure!

Well I dont need answers but all the answers can be found in his Press conference. That man is a disgrace to the teaching profession. A tool unfit to be the Director General.
When I heard they/ he were/was calling for Press conference I was happy because I thought a man like him will spill wisdom to back the teacher unions and their subsidiary PRESSURE GROUP only to be dissapointed by the interplay of cowardice and senselessness. Well must I be joking as a teacher to demand my salary arrears ? Never
Did I hear the oldman oppined the following as the cause of non payment 0f arrears ? "
1. Fake documents, including fake certificates.
2. Warrant establishments
3. Non-inclusion of acceptance letters etc
These are all non-starters. They are not cogent reasons. Infact any toddler could refute these claims.
Is the man saying a person who completed College of Education could posess a fake certificate ?
Woow, oldman indeed. Only UCC is the body responsible for issuing certs after the teacher trainee has gone through the 3year course outline of the university through their respective colleges. How can a teacher possess a fake certificate and be issued with a registered number and a staff ID ?
Oldman please come again. If your ancient ideas are conflicting with the current trends please consult before you talk. By this I can say you are not fit for the job.
I will not waste my time to refute the rest of the reasons because i see them as foolish reasons. Excuse my language but am angry and hungry in die need of my money. Am suffering from *monetory Mentalisis*.
Upon what documents did the audit service based their reports on to pay the 3months from the number of months worked for by the teacher ? Or they are involved in some Voodoo auditing ?
