demand excellence. We deserve better than NDC mediocrity. I'm not particularly impressed with KOBBY. He talked bla bla bla during Kufuor administration. But he is nothing, empty and hollow. Where are all his ideas now? He has wasted our time just like Dr Noi Mo I Thompson, Alex Segbefia, Hiracious Ankra... who burst on the horizon parading all knowing ideas. Cape Coast must reject this arrogant and wasteful KOBBY.
