    How do you conclude that lecturers do not buy books? You have no idea the criteria for promotion of a lecturer! Please do get well-informed on some issues before commenting else you attract bashing.

    A National Research Fund can go to complement whatever book and research allowance UTAG and POTAG currently access, but the NRF cannot supplant the BARA.

    what about the property owning philosophy of NPP? Have you seen government lands in cantonment, ridge and airport residential areas? what are which is more monstrous? Does it mean only NPP has a right to own property?
