  i ordered a box of 200 today, poor people use money orders, sold by post office or gas stations usual with money gram or western union logo...Some extra fees are charged to pay tax (plates for your car) The gov's most time use a 3rd party processor...I only use my debit card at supermarkets and gas stations you trust...The bank has already replaced a 3-5 month old card due to credit breach at one of the supermarkets! And the poor pay in cash too...It will be long time till nobody carry cash...They business want them because no people handle the payment..It from your computer to theirs and both of you better have up to date security software on your computer...or account numbers will be stolen
