Well spoken. yes you are right. your credentials and what you have achieved in the field of work talking about being part of organization which brought peace into people lives in various countries all over the world is an achievement that even the president of Ghana can not boost of, so definitely you are just serving you people through your country in any capacity that the president thinks you are the right person to shape the affairs and bring good order which will form part of the development of the nation. That should not be seen as a demotion. It could be any position even as a head of a primary school or whatever, it is the service you offer that matters and not what and how people sees and rate you
