  If people in the country will ever ask for everything to be free as they are gtting it now how can we as people expect improvement in our services.
  So far as the population is growing we who are enjoying it now must be willing to make provisions for the future .
  We can't stand still and yet still wants improvement in everything in the country.
  Without water tbere is no life so as a nation we must be willing at all times be willing to do everthing to make water available to the growing population.
