    Infact purc or ecg and gwcl are the cause of the hardship Ghanaians facing. when a worker take salary , he/she use all the money for utility why. They check the waste and stop harasing we poor.

    ECG must come out with a simple formula of how the bills are calculated, this will go along way to given the general public some form understanding.for now they taken to be cheats and they must prove that......
