  The problem with NDC is that they cannot follow the tenets of corrupt-free economic policies that produces the sort of genuine data for which Tekper professes to crave.
  
  NDC cannot eat their CAKE AND HAVE. THEY CANNOT STEAL STATE MONEY AND AT THE SAME TIME EXPECT THE STATISTICS TO SOMEHOW MAGICALLY BE AS DESIRED.
  
  THE FACT IS NO CORRUPT-MINDED GOVERNMENT WOULD BE ABLE TO PRODUCE ANY STATISTICS OF REPUTE SO WE CAN ONLY TAKE TEKPER UTTERANCES AT THE MEETING AS JUST ANOTHER NDC CROOK READING OUT A TEXT BOOK NARRATIVE WITH NO INTENTION WHATSOEVER OF PUTTING IT INTO PRACTICE.
