"It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution"

And per this article, I think if indeed you are to be very objective to understand the situation leading to the reduction, You were told the cedi has gain a bit of stability.

If you have decided to close your sights to common sense, then I, even sheer sense would be nonsense to you.

Please give us a break. Do the math and see what good is in this. One works for 5 days only to buy a gallon of petrol. A gallon of petrol for $4.56 is incredible for today.

I am not sure which advisory role she is playing but any role in the absence of more intelligent, competent, learned, more qualified people to give this government an advice has led to the deteriorating condition in Ghana and the nation going backward since Mahama and NDC took over the reigns of government in Ghana. But time will tell.

Cedi has falled from 1.12 to 3.74 against the dollar while price of crude oul per barrel has faklen from 110 in June 2013 to under 30 dollars
