Do you think the kayayei willingly levied themselves to raise this colossal amount for Nana? Surely, knowing how Ashanti's insult them and call them Mahama, they did it reluctantly. But they had to do it thinking they were buying peace. Sadly for them the contribution only pleased their tormentors for only a few days. Now look at what has happened to them!

And up to now their "friend" Nana Addo has not bothered to sympathies with them.
