Where are our intellectuals? Chieftaincy and education ministry as well as ministry of culture?

It is so pity to see nothing good come from our leaders nearly almost all the time.

It is about time some of the Nkrumahs policies are been copied and implemented in order to change or transform the mindset of most of Ghanaians. This will help them to learn how to defend their own first whether in bad or good times.
