    Make jhs and Shs free. Rawlings, kuffour and mahama should all have scholarships for gh kids whose parents can't afford to send their kids to poly or university.

    This is a very good move investing in our youth and future. That's where our money have to be spent ,not on branding buses with the present and past presidents pictures, or steeling the the money into thier acounts.

    where is the money for the scholarship coming from? John Mahama's pocket? What happens to the scholarship after 2016 when Maahama shall leave the presidency. As Mogabe said, this president is a disgrace to Africa.
