If consumption is too high and the people are willing to pay for whatever they consume, the simple logic is, get them the power.

Mr. Jinapor is right "there is astronomical of electricity by customers". One of the reasons is that every Tom, Dick & Harry has cell phones to be changed frequently becos of frequent use of the phones. There is a proliferation of cheap Android phones on the market, which requires frequent charging all the time.

How many devices folks have is none of your biz and how energy they consume is their own decision we live in a free society so please quit that and start to think practical and out of the box.Times has changed and like it or not the clock will forever continue to tick forward not backwards.Populations will continue to grow, people will continue to travel form place to place all in search of adventure and greener pastures to better their lives etc.what the minister needs to talking about is to tell folks that nothing comes for free they are going to continue find the means to generate more energy for today and for generations yet unborn but folks should be also prepared to pay the right costs for energy because energy is not cheap and he should tell the people that government is going to step up it's investigative unit to make sure elegal connections becomes thing of the past because it is just not fair for others to finding the means to be getting free energy while others pay for them besides all these machines need years on constant maintenance and upgrade from time to time to be in tune with new trends and new technology.Government should also muster the courage to take bold decisions for short and long term fixes such investment into solar and not wait to always depend on rainy seasons etc.it's long over due some of these funding has become hard for years because these appointees think solely about their pockets with the get rich swift mindset.Ghana's problems we all know needs a holistic approach especially when you have people such as Woyome,Totobi Quarkye,Asiedu Nketia and etc.they all just came to to loot and not about Ghana.Thanks.
