    ndc rules r in the 1992 constitution and it says nothing about candidacy it mentions an mp Dr Zanetor is not an MP yet.

    Are we in a lawless country now? For once let the law take its course. One hundred million people can vote for you but it is only the court that can legitimise it; not brute force. You need some legal education.
