    What a country? The level of corruption in the country is unspeakable. Ghanaians are by nature very corrupt, dishonest, liars, wicked, ignorant, thieves and hypocrites according to the current chief justice.

    These purchases took place when Kuffuor was in power.Are government workers NDC fraudsters?They may be NPP supporters acting to subvert the government.

    This is what is happening in all the Departments.They take bribes from companies and individuals and give them contracts to supply vehicles,stationeries,etc with inflated prices.

    This country needs to move it's procurement and entire civil service into the 21st century. People controlling money should not control strategic and operational decision making. Very simple.
