Ghana had phone banking before the USA!!! And Bank of Africa/Ghana and others have online banking that i can access from the USA..Altho i have freind there i send her money to deposit in Person...I can see the deposit and int ...

If they are large international Bank like Standard Charter, They can borrow in USA at .5% then loan in Ghana at 25%...or pay 4% and loan at 20%
