Is Akomea any different from those that are blinded politically in here? Yes, the insults poured on him is unnecessary, but where was Rapper Akomea during Kufuor's 100% tax hike without a wage increase in sight before the poor taxpayers? What I don't get about people your kind is, you complain awful unnecessarily lot about the stagnation in the country over the years and longing for some drastic and miraculous change.
Yet, it's equally abomination when levies are imposed upon the same taxpayers to create this change you so dearly seek. We often "waow" the conditions in the western world so proudly about every day, but always almost turn a blind eye to the fact that they achieved all that through robust tax collecting system to get to where they are today. Bias political debate is really sinking Ghana dangerously into the vast chasm of unknown indeed.

Thanks to the rational Labour who believes that sacrifice yield good results. I call our labour force patriotic citizens of the land, because their actions in this situation means their education acquired had helped them to understand the economy of our nation and the world in general.
Our nation's economy is basically in trouble which is beyond control and thus the only way for the govt to overcome is to increase taxes which in normal terms should not have happened especially in election times.
The Ghanaian negative political minds have failed to realise the facts of the drop in price of oil internationally which had frustrated our economy and all economies that relied on oil for their national developmental plans.
Akomea should have congratulated the labour with thanks of their matured reaction, but instead he stated they had being too lenient. This Akomea and others of his party NPP look at our situations with a village political eye which only wish the downfall of the government.
This is evil political behaviour of the NPP which is based on selfishness and greediness. The labour force had exhibited their understanding of the nation's genuine economical predicaments more than the NPP collectively. Period. Bravooo our dear labour force.
