  It is better to always use your CRITICAL THINKING than argue senselessly. This guy is speaking the TRUTH. Individuals develop their potentials from the communities they live. If the environment is not helping you, how can you develop? It is true, there is no vision for our talented players in this country to achieve their goals. No infrastructure to develop their potential talents, from colts to the premier league levels. That is why most of them are not marketable in foreign countries. As a result most of these boys have lost in the stream. The Ministry must do something. It is better for people like you to think positively instead of senseless criticisms. Follow his wisdom.
