Mark Okraku please what in your definition is a 'top notch' club and, why is Baba Rahman's experience and pidgree in football and why is that not working for him at Chelsea.? With your Okraku's experience in football management, which top notch club of Chelsea's calibre will sign Baba Rahman and has a jersey waiting for a regular playing time. As an adviser to Baba Rahman, try and be honest with yourself first that Baba Rahman was simply foisted on Chelsea for people like you to make money and not neccessarily for the boy's interest and progress in soccer. The manner you are going with your advice once again, Baba Rahman's carrer is destined to be ruined forever.

Baba joined Chelsea just after their pre-season camp and training. It meant he had practically no chance to properly get integrated in the chelsea team. However , the fact that Mourhino even fielded him in Champion league matches and some league matches points to the fact that his talent and ability was recognized and respected in chelsea! All the talk of his not being ripe for chelsea is rather unfortunate!It is not easy for such a youngster and newcomer like Baba to compete with so called "stars" in a club like chelsea! The so-called "stars" keep together and try to kick out any newcomer who threaten their existance in the club!Baba is tough and focused and given the chance and time he would break into the "starting squad" and stay there for a longtime to come! Please don't put too much pressure on him with the "play time" "rap", this is not helpful.Look at Atsu, he didn't survive at chelsea and at his last station also didn't get much play time but he is always right on spot when called upon on national duty! Every top player has to be ambitious and Baba is no exception to that!"!!

Q, the unfortunate things about big clubs in Europe is that they do not have space and rooms to mature from within the squad selected for specific seasons; as you are trying to advocate for Baba Rahman to learn the rope while blocking, rather someone who is ready and matured to be signed on from other top notched clubs. The only place to monitor players like Baba Rahman's progress and maturity is when he is signed out on loan to a lower club or at best offloaded to the academy for a closer monitor. These are the reasons why players like Lukaku, Atsu etc. though feature regularly for thrir national teams but are not considered good enough to play for Chelsea; same reasons why there are two (2) clear transfer open windows within a season to enable clubs do a re-assessments of their pre-season investments and try to either weed-out those that are unproductive (like in Rahman's case) while the season still runs and or sign new ones for replacements. Ghanaian seem to be too sentimental about why Rshman is not getting playing time at Chelsea but, but footbal business is not run on sentimemt or emotion, its purely based on investments and the yield on investments. Baba Rahman is not yet matured to play at the level of Chelsea and could not just be allowed to warm bench forever. It will be desastrous for his career if he doesn't get to move somewhere else this January or belatedly by June tranfer windows.

Baba Rahim does not fit into Chelsea team, he is a Pepeni or Kotokoly from Togo, he can turn out to be terrorist among the Chelsea team. So that's how the show him the exist. Don't verse am telling the truth.
