  Ghana has never in her history apart from very few occasions employed a trained economist with a PhD and relevant experience to manage her economy so what do you expect.
  
  Right now the NDPC is supposed to make long term plans for the country yet the day to day management of the economy is supposes to be done by the Ministry of finance.
  
  Note that the Minister of finance need not have training in economics or finance. He could just be an accountant.
  
  back to the issue of the fuel price hikes how can this be justified if you claim inflation is not that high and you are no longer subsidizing fuel. If we are facing the direct fuel prices should we not be enjoying the reduction in the world prices that is gong on with oil prices right now?
  
  Instead its tax tax tax
  While governments are subsidizing fuel in other countries for their people our government is taxing fuel and very high too
  
  However that is not strange because remember the situation in cocoa? While the West subsidizes agriculture our government taxes cocoa and supposedly uses the money for "development purposes"

  Ghana needs a revolution, they must be willing to fight for a decency of living. There is no reason that even a single Ghanain should face economic hardship with the amount of resources in the country and how relatively small Ghana is. It is utterly rediuclous and these devils must be made an example of.
