  Why should government support private, independent clubs continental endeavours? You want government but not its oversight. What you dont seem to understand, Nyantakyi, is that football is big business. And in business if a venture is not profitable, you cut your losses and pull out. if these clubs cant play because the returns on investment is too low to justify participation, let them petition to the organizers for support or call it quits!!

  There are actually ways to make profits. Many leagues are doing it around the world. It should be attractive enough for comapnies to pump their money in and that is what nyantakyi and his people are failing to do. Its just that nyantakyi and his people have no ideas. They should step down and let someone with fresh ideas take lead.

  Government cannot pump money into any venture for which he cannot request accountability. Your chairmanship has only been over Black stars and world cup tournaments, it is time to draw on that experience to develop local clubs. Don't eat the meat and leave the bones for someone else to chew. Local leagues are no longer shown on TV, stadiums are almost always empty, I don't see how you manage to get reelected as chairman. You're good for the clubs, so deal with them. I am done.
