Ghana would have been the first African country ever to have qualified to the semi finals (at our own backyard) if you had not blown that glorious opportunity. Probably Nelson Mandela would have lived much longer if Ghana had gone to the finals ultimately.
You should know how to respond to the media, especially as a captain. You could have said " l know every player called to the BS gives their all & that l am no exception". You are now the most dedicated, what about the rest? How do you rank them since you are the most dedicated? Doesn't this put you way above the rest as if they care less about the nation than you? Be Wise. Your utterances don't make you a good leader.

Going against your doctor' s advice is not dedication but foolishness . I believe you were sick but not to the extent that you could not play. Players get hammered on the field of play & still continue to play with blood oozing from their noses. No doctor would allow you to play if the consequences are dire. Even the coach would not permit that if clearance to some extent is not obtained from the doctor. Stop throwing dust into our eyes. We are smarter than you only that you are fabulously rich . Thank God for that.

The guy is not blowing his own horn but let is be real even he decides to quit soccer today the records says it all the player to have represented the nation most at the world cup,the player with the most goals,the highest paid player in Africa,the most coachable player every coach wants because he will listen to your instructions he does not allow his riches or fame to take the better part of him,the player to have donated much money for the betterment of Ghana in various ways,the only player to have gone even to his former school to donate a stadium,helping to promote boxing to help others to get jobs,never forgets his father or brother,took care of his mother well etc.I know there are others out there who are envious so want to use every means to tarnish his hard earned image but God and the whole nation on his side will never get any where they will even try to use tv station for fame but they should realise that fame does not come that easy it has to be earned the hard way.Ask those who know this Gyan guy and the feed back is positive always ready to help others and very jovial and down to earth person.He has even now set up a band because dancing and music just like Nana Konadu Agyemang is their passion.Music and dancing is therapy and medicine if you do not know that is why I love to see the Asantehene dance he is bringing modernization to chieftaincy he will not allow himself to be pinned down imobile to rush him to his grave.Dancing helps you to lose weight because it's exercise.Even Presidents of developed nations dance to all manner of music just don't allow old age to take you out of dancing.Gyan just be yourself do not allow others to define your life you are you.You are where you are today by dint of your hard work and respect.God bless you for your good deeds Wenchi Guy Brong Ahafo guy.
