You have to be serious and discard politico-tribal emotions here: the voters register is POPULARLY known to be tampered with, and neither the govt nor EC denies that, so any person with commonsense and some degree of patriotism will opt for a new one, simply because the current one is tarnished and therefore poses a POTENTIAL national conflict. A NEW VOTERS REGISTER will NOT exclude any QUALIFIED Ghanaians, so what's the problem here? Stop being tribal here and try to make sense, because with tribal you cannot win my friend.

In my view the unbiased decision of the Advisory Panel set up by the EC and led by His Lordship Justice VCRAC Crabbe must be applauded for the excellent work it has done for the nation. One thing for people like you, Kofi, you tend to politicise serious matters which need to be handled with in the interest of the country. Can you tell me when Ghana had a credible voters register? There is no point, as the NPP has been hammering into the ears of Ghanaians for months, in amending the voters register as elections draw near as, I believe, all the political parties will certainly take advantage of the excersice and register supporters whether qualified or not. Updating of voters register should be an ongoing excersice to get a near credible voters register and people like you and for that matter the NPP should stop misleading the people of Ghana.
