Smuggling of weapons into the country does not warrant a declaration of a state of emergency....a state of emergency is only declared when there is violence, a natural disaster and a proven threat to a nation. This call by the so called expert is clearly a case of crying wolf. The smuggler of the bullets is an arms trader and he/she will sooner or later be found out....do we have to declare a state of emergency to find this culprit?

Your analysis are weak. What's state of emergency? your borders are porous, the security agencies are handicap and most politician are widely involved in black markets. Look from Ho to Aflao there are 101 fuel stations dotted along the road all those fuel station belongs to the MPs from Volta so this have attracted lots of such negative activities in the region. The enlistment pattern of security agencies are very weak and there is lots of loop holes in the country security agencies. It's very pathetic so therefore a state of emergency is not needed ok. Lots of young military pensioners in the system and government leaves them idle. These personnel should not be left idle plan something better for them as monitoring and patrol company to assist in checking all such things. Also the darkness dumsor also contribute hugely to such negative impact. So man your asking government to declare state of emergency is not the best. There are many things to do to save the nation. God grant Nana ADDO and npp long life and we shall give them the guidelines to manage and stop this things. What is happening for a declaration of state of emergency? Haha.
