  We have now realised that Dr. Afari Gyan (former Electoral Commissioner) in the witness box at the Supreme Court was making sense after all when he exemplified this with a Chief who was well known at an area. He said that in that case the Chief should be allowed to cast his vote without the finger verification. When he said this, hell nearly broke loose at the Court.
