1. Ntow takes Nana Akomea to task for claiming that the committee was not mandated to investigate whether or not Blay usurped Afoko's authority. Ntow's logic here is that since that usurpation of power had to do with instructions on the disbursement of money from the account in controversy, Blay's conduct in acting without recourse to Afoko was entirely within the committee's mandate. Fair point.

2. But then Ntow claims that the 100k allegedly given Nana for a trip to the UK was not investigated so it cannot be that Nana has been exonerated. Now, how can a committee set up to investigate an account and disbursements therefrom not investigate the very disbursements it was set up to investigate. Ntow wants to investigate the usurpation of Afoko's power but is not interested in the truth of whether or not money was taken from that account and given to Nana Addo? And then he mischievously comes out to say the committee did not exonerate Nana in order to make the allegation stick?

3. Ntow also seems to be on a personal vendetta, trying to settle personal scores with Sir John, who defeated him, and Mac Manu, under whose Chairmanship Ntow believes he was side-lined.

That's so cheap and stupid what the Alan cabal is doing to the NPP's chances in 2016. Ghana first.

Ohene Ntow listed 9 items for investigations. How many of them did he address in this statement? It's obvious he had his own targets to draw into the investigation. He therefore concentrated on the other matters instead of the substantive claims made by Baah Achamfour and others.

If he is claiming something illegal was done by the officers he named, he should have shown which constitutional provisions were breached. He showed none and that shows how baseless his claims are.

The fact is the NPP constitution in Article 9(G) vests the treasurer to handle the funds if the party. He reports monthly to the Finance Committee and annually to the National delegates conference.

He is not required to report to either the Chairman or General Secretary. Maybe this is a serious omission that should be rectified. But as things stand now, the treasurer has done nothing wrong by reactivating a dormant account after the Chairman and GS wrote to the banks to remove him as signatory to active party accounts. The Chairman and GS had no such authority.

Why will anybody criticise a treasurer who sought to grow funds by buying treasury bills?

The Party's members love him to death and cannot get enough of him. After all he always makes sure their palms are moist, fairly greased with 'Gifts' like GHC 25 each to the Delegates to help them ease their Transportation burden.

This former Attorney-General did not do much to prosecute a known Drug Runner believed to have some relationship with him, ostensibly because there was nothing he found worth pinning the Drug kingpin on. Shortly later, the Drug Runner was apprehended in Brazil and indicted in France. Now, he is believed to be serving jail term abroad.

The same Attorney-General had his hand in the failed prosecution of the Murderers of Ya Na and other 40 people of his family, claiming that the findings of the so-called ..Commission characterized the mayhem that occurred as activities in a 'Civil War'.

We also learnt that under his watch a whole ship load of Cocaine went missing after the apprehension of the smugglers. The smugglers got away, too.

Wow! That is enough to prove the 'unparalleled' integrity of Akufo-Addo's that has rubbed off Blay and Co. to make them immune to any legal processing by the Disciplinary Committee of the NPP, in spite of all the available evidence.

Ghanaians must brace themselves for such 'exemplary' leadership after 2016, should the "Yen Akanfo de,..."all die be die" 'NPP boil' burst upon the Presidential throne.

I believe Nana Ntow's appointment as chairman of that committee I believed was an attempt to bring him back into the fraternity but with this kind of behavior he has blown off that chance. NPP please wise up, there are a lot of aggrieved persons in your fold who are bent on destroying Nana Addo. In fact the target is on Nana Addo but not the NPP per say. Be watchful. If he was not destroyed for losing the first and second time, why should the third loss of the chance to be the President destroy him.

Folks like you talk as if the Akufo-Addo has been divinely chosen to become Ghana's President, or he is entitled to ascend that position as some inheritance.

Surely, if Mr. Ntow is aggrieved, he is justifiably so because many, like you,have failed to concede the obvious truth about the leadership morass of Akufo-Addo's, and the gross injustice the NPP Institutions have been coerced to mete unto other leaders in the Party.

You have betrayed the very principles the NPP was founded upon. You think hiding the truth behind closed doors is what needs to be done in NPP. What happened to the claims of being a transparent Party?
