    He is a Professor, what is your qualification? You are just an academic DWARF. The Prof. has said it all. It's corruption, incompetence and day light rubbery on the part of the NDC and their criminal syndicate.

    At best it can be described as a 50 percent decline in growth. I wouldn't support the negative growth description.
