Ivor Greenstreet said directly to President John Mahama and Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur that: “You don’t care”.
“Nobody is feeling your better Ghana”,
In the full glare of the President, Vice President, former President Jerry Rawlings, and thousands of leaders and supporters of the NDC, a defiant Greenstreet said: “…Currently nobody, I mean nobody is feeling your better Ghana.”
“Continuous ‘dumsor dumsor,’ corruption from top to bottom, left right inside out, and all the challenges you are facing [are] suffocating the Ghanaian people.”
He added: “We would have thought that perhaps you may have used an occasion like this to discuss policies, programmes and solutions to all the difficulties we are facing as a nation, but no, you chose today to share your Christmas gifts with each other.”
“Ghanaians are not happy at all. This ‘bronya’ is dry. Too too dry,” he told the President, adding: “The most painful thing of all is that you don’t care.”
“NDC continue, we are watching you, Ghana is watching you, do what you want to do, we also know what we’ll come and do…make sure you’ll elect executives who will be able to steer your parties affairs when you are in opposition. Boys abr3.”

We love self-aggrandizement and big titles but most people at the helm of affairs are just empty headed nincompoops who don't know their remits and, besides, are scavenging thieves. You often hear these empty heads throwing words about just to make them look important, like they will say: "I have it on authority..... yadayada", "Office of Parliament", "Office of the President" etc, when in fact they are just misrepresenting and exaggerating their importance in anything they do or say. It is like we have to believe them and accept their lies whenever they drop those words.
ACEP is clearly stating here that parliament did not do DUE DILIGENCE, and what do those fools say in defence of their incompetence: "We followed DUE PROCESS", as if due diligence is synonymous with due process. They are not. So many questions surround this AMERI $600 million deal, which we could have bought outright for $220 million, it calls for thorough public scrutiny and punishment of those who lied and misled the people. Not only that, how we do our business with cabinet ministers also sitting as members of parliament goes to show there is serious flaw in our current system. Nobody has to sit in both places - in the executive and and legislature - for it goes against the fundamental principles of separation of powers and checks and balances. Basic common sense, like in accounting, the one who writes up a cheque in a company, does not get to approve, print and sign the same.
The NDC is just lousy and incompetent and do not give a damn, else how will out-and-out "well-intentioned" fools like Amalima, Apaak and Fosu Kwakye will come out to say they don't care and it shouldn't matter if a crook, who by the way, happened to be the CEO, witnessed a contract. What due diligence did parliament do, besides rubber stamping what the executive dictated to them to do? There is a saying, show me your friends and I will tell you your character. AMERI is a criminal organization purposely formed to dupe Ghana, with the connivance of our own people. If that crooked nose so-called Arab sheik could not find anybody but trusted crook to witness a deal on his behalf, it goes to show the kind of circles he operates in. He is a crook himself. It doesn't matter the power badge is here, it is about how much it is going to cost us to own it. It is a basic lease to own deal, heavily front loaded with double declining depreciation set at 5years at a cut throat price, and incompetent fools who should go back and get refund for their school fees for the bad education that they received sing hallelujah. Aba!

It would appear that those in control of the NDC, for the time being, were bent on excluding other bona fide members of the Party who may wish to lay democratic claims to who becomes the next flag bearer of the Party by excluding them even before the mortal remains of the demised President were interred. It is also symptomatic of how political party elites in Ghana and Africa worm their way into the confidences of persons perceived as likely to ascend to power positions for purposes of eventual personal economic gain at the expense of the generality of the mass of Party members and the Nation which every President swears to serve under the Constitution

This is just stupid. Whether parliament agreed upon it or not, it has come to the notice that the price has been inflated. What we need to do us review the contract and correct the mistake. If people are found culprit, then they must be persecuted. The parliament of Ghana itself is corrupt so how does parliament approval has to do with fixing a problem.
What kind of stupid people we call leaders in Ghana these days?

There are people in gov't who behave like, the money is not coming from their pockets directly so they don't give a damn. Just plain monkeys sleeping on the switch. Fire will burn all of them.
