If it is true that in the State of the Nation address on February 26, 2015 President Mahama talk about negotiations ongoing about the contract when the contract has already been signed on February 10, 2015 then God help Mother Ghana.

Mahama is a known fraudster. He did the same on the Embrae plane contract he signed with a Brazilian company which then President Mills instituted a committee headed by one Mr Aboah to investigate but President Mills died under mysterious circumstances and the committee was dissolved.
