These MPs just pass through open door process which allows them free access to our coffers and control of fate without first being investigated for past wrongdoings. They spend lots of money to win seats with intent to enrich themselves and watch the nation rot. They are driven by partisan allegiance while in office and care little for the nation or its progress. They all see the looming danger of this foolish hold back attitude of the EC over the Voter Register - even the police is nervous and preparing against it. Why must it grow to that level ? Why cant these parliamentarians, if they are patriotic enough, save the nation from sliding into anarchy ? They are as useless institution as the Presidency. We must vote all of them out and bring fresh and more intelligent brains to administer the nation.
IF YOU BUILD A CLIMATE REQUIRING VIGILANCE YOU ARE MORE LIKELY TO LIVE UNDER NIGHTMARES OF WAR.
J J Rawlings put it right when he questioned the advantages of not having a new voter register as a hard core decision against a popular demand to instill confidence and calm.
Various organizations and churches which have the love of this nation at heart have reiterated their demands for having a completely new register which will be deemed free from political taint and smear. Peace watchers have warned that despite the presence of police and guns a delicate issue with that size of concern would be hard to sit well with over fifty per cent of the population - and that would spell doom for the nation at the least provocation from any of the opposing sides.
Parliament which is supposed to see beyond through their lenses of foreseeability is asleep as usual untill it rots.
The President who directs the fate of the nation is surprisingly listenining to the unrealistic side of it, awaiting providence or some devine interception or resort to application of force by the police and army to quell what would have been prevented by listening and doing what all intelligent people had been saying over the course of time - to just put in place a new voter register.
Why is it hard to do ? Who benefits from what ? We all know the nation stands to lose a great deal unless some better sense pops up somewhere. Bluntly speaking the test of quality leadership begins here : sacrifice for love of the nation. All else is self building. We dont need to spend money on the police to put them and our citizens in danger of losing their precious lives in defence of some preventable cause of action. The nation must use this as a yardstick to measure quality of leadership deserving to serve a second time.
We are already reeling with the barge sale fiasco while none questioned nor investigated the crookedness until we slumped into this contractual quadmire with a non existing company at the helm of which a crook managed to hoodwink our great nation.
It is very reasonable to think the EC has been given the results and recommendations of the commission but once again they think we are stupid and would drag feet till the police appears with guns and bullets to quell disgruntled demonstrators. Thats an indiscernable tenet of a foolish administration - to breed discontent ,wait for demonstrations or violence and then send in arms to quell them.
And while on it , why was the turbine deal structured like that ? Did anybody trace or investigated the receiving end of the VRA checks to be written as payments ? We were going to pay for the machine we had already paid for, fuel to operate it ,collect monthly payments from bills payed to some crooked owners in the blind from whom we had already paid - crooks (I dont know who these are but Good Lord helped us ; we are lucky it all came to light on time as a Xmas gift to the nation) Bilking the nation has become an art the politicians have mastered well and thrives with the support of his/her comrades in crime - aband of thieves . THIEVES !!! THIEVES !!!

Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...
