Btw, the killing of Baffoe was not premeditated. It was one of those heated arguments that got of hand and Twumasi Ankrah should have been charged with manslaughter and given prison term, not murder and be hanged. Every sensible lawyer will agree with me.

You know, when Ghanaweb started and SIL was the main forum, I was among those who strenuously defended the use of monikers by some and even the insults, even though I was using my own names and didn't engage in insulting others by heart. I wrote that others were free to call me a fool, ignorant and what not but THEY MUST LEAVE BEHIND some measure of their wisdom, knowledge, etc., to enlighten me and sundry. And when some do insult me without obliging me, I still politely asked them to explain to me why what I wrote made me a fool, etc. It is only when they failed that I reserved the right to show them pepper: I am free to declare open house on them and even their long dead parents, grandfathers, and ancestors, depending on the context, as I am not averse to descending into the mud-pit to rub their faces into the mud. So, be warned, you puny, pathetic, low class, scumbag of an evil political tradition who steal others' monikers to write only crap! I didn't defend your type then and will never do!

Address the facts about your reactionary tradition, not omissions in what I wrote.

As a matter of fact, I can teach you better English! I had students I taught English years ago who are now English teachers. Within one year, I changed indifferent students into eager English learners; some of them I was surprised at their transformation myself. Years ago, I met one who proudly told me that he was teaching English in Libya.

By 1952, intimidation, physical violence already permeated the political means wielded by the MATEMEHO antecedents of the NeuroticPrevaricatingPsychopaths!!, starting in Akyem Abuakwa, where Okye youth who supported the CPP and stood for the full political participation of their non Okye fellow citizens were the first to be targeted for physical attack and murder. The first Storm troopers were organized at Kyebi,Begoro Akwatia, Akyem Swedru to name a few towns. They were also roving gangs employed to intimidate so called " immigrant/settler" Ga/Krobo/ Ewe/Akuapem cocoa and oil palm smallholders!!

Btw, we're not in govt nor are we consultants to the govt, and definitely not loud mouth NPP members who think they have all teh solutions to Ghana's problems, and so CANNOT be expected by anyone to provide our solutions to those problems. However, we have been providing alternatives free of charge (FOC).

James, you are the one who is lying. I was old enough to know first-hand that violence was rampant between the two Parties long before the Murder of Baffoe.

Baffoe's Murder was only a new high point in the still to continue violence in our Politics.

In fact, the very day that Baffoe was killed I was in Kumasi with my Dad and Step-mother, staying in my Step-Mother's family house in Ashtown where the incident occurred. That house used to have the Methodist Book Depot in the front of it.

My Father had to gone to his Company's Offices at the SAT (Swiss African Company) a short distance down the street. And my Step-Mother had walked to the Market to get a few items. Then, suddenly, my Step-Mother returned in a frenzy, yelling for us children to hide under the bed in our rooms. Then, the few young men in the house had to quickly bolt up the front door, saying to all the residents not to open the doors to anyone unless they could identify the person as known family member of a friendly neighbor.

We all mainly stayed in our rooms for more than three hours, until my father returned, also a little shaken up. My Step-Mother told us of a brawl she had seen close to the house but did not know exactly the details of what was going on, other than that she had seen Action Troopers chanting in mobs closing in on each other towards that location of the brawl.

It was my Dad who knew more of what was going on and told all in the House what had gone on so close to us.

Having said that, prior to this Murderous incident that took Baffoe's life, Action Troopers from both the NLM and CPP would often clash with clubs, cutlasses and broken bottles.

Akwatia Line, Jamboree Park, and other popular venues in Kumasi, for instance were common sites of such clashes. Especially, on Weekends, one would hear some Action Trooper gangs chanting their favorite war songs down the the streets.

So, the violence started long before the murder of Baffoe. That is the undeniable truth that your efforts at re-writing History, as horrible as it may be, should not be allowed to stand.
