  A lecturer teaching medicine was giving a classoom observation. He took out a jar of yellow liquid. "This," he explained, "is urine. To be a doctor, you have to be observant of color, smell, sight, and taste."
  
  After saying so, he dipped his finger into the jar and put it into his mouth. His class watched in amazement, most in disgust. But being the good students that they were, the jar was passed, and one by one, they dipped their finger into the jar and put it into their mouths.
  
  After the last student was done, the lecturer shook his head. "If any of you had been observant, you would have noticed that I put my second finger into the jar and my third finger into my mouth."

  You are making a lot of sense and I am surprised Ghanaians are not adding comment but would have added comment if it was political because everybody is appears to be interest in the easy money - Get a college degree and join politics to enjoy the tax money paid by the vulnerable less educated traders who enjoys no major benefits

  God bless you, Dr Agyekum Addo. You have hit the nail at the right time if only those in the helms of affairs will take your advice and work towards it. Our educational system needs overhauling if we want our children to be independent in future.Our education system is too much theory and no practical from primary to higher level. A lot of good certificates are no use to the owners as they are not helping them for any employment. But if these certificates are attached to practical works owners would enjoy good living.Let us unlock students potentials with critical thinking through practical studies. Theory is killing the potentials of our students. Wake up call is now. Theory is different from practical. Kudos to KAMA Chief Executive for your observation. Thanks

  Entrepreneurship should be taught as a main subject from JSS to the highest level of education. We cant all be employees; some must be employers or self employed and that can happen through entrepreneurship. The other critical program is Vocational skills. In fact entrepreneurship and vocational skills are 'siamese' twins and perfect complement. If we invest in these two areas, unemployment will be reduced to the barest minimum

  THE SO CALLED EDUCATED IN GHANA NEED TO BE TOLD THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTINUED ECONOMIC BACKWARD, UNDERDEVELOPMENT AND EXTREME POVERTY IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  YOU HAVE A UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, AND THE COUNTRY HAS STILL NOT BEEN IN THE POSITION TO FIX THE ENERGY CRISIS.
  
  HOW LONG SHOULD SUCH A PRIMITIVE IDEALOGY BE ALLOWED TO GO ON.

  Thank you ! All the graduates are looking up to the "govt" for employment and we end up spending almost 70% of GDP on public Servants!! NO MONEY LEFT FOR INFRA-STRUCTURE !!!
