I suggest the GFA take all that into accounts when hiring a coach for the senior national team. Take some percentage off his pay package if he'll be working as an Europe based B/Stars coach. But I'm totally in agreement with Grant. There's absolutely no sense in it, staying in Ghana to monitor players. May be in future when Rasheed becomes the GFA president. Lol

It's been months since the last season ended but some players are by their teams. Why should a Ghanaian player travel all the way to play in Elsalvadore of all places? The average worker in Elsalvadore makes $5.00 a day. Most of their men have travelled to America for greener pastures and what do our players go there for?

That's what I have always said...uncontrolled player exodus, which also affects the local league...Ghana clubs are now weak...they cant go far in Africa club championships...my suggestion is that before a player leaves Ghana to play outside, he must have played in the local league for 2-3 years...When Ghana teams were doing well in club championships (70s and 80s), our players stayed in the local league so Grant has a very good point...another reason why the GFA cant implement such bold decision is that all the executive members including the president nyantakyi, own teams in the league...and they connive to sell their players abroad...a clear conflict of interest at work

It Ghanaians are no longer thronging the stadia to watch matches, it's because they desire a useful entertainment than taking all the risks to the stadium to watch players kick the ball as if you have old men playing beach soccer.

By the way, did I hear the GFA is planning to bring in Shata Wale and Co. to the stadia to entertain soccer fan? This idea is a crazy one and nonsensical. Whoever idea brought the idea has stopped thinking and has suffered brain mulfunction. He better go for a thinking process scanning.

A serious coach would have found a replacement for Asamoah Gyan by now. Grant is only interested in playing musical chairs with his myopically recycled players. No doubt in the abundance of water, the fool they say is thirsty. Only God knows what sort of monitoring he is doing.
