  Does Togbe has enough education ? I doubt it because he said our problem is technical not players. That's very contradictory because players build up technicality. The whole institution depends on the players that makes up a team that is why GFA allows you to sign up the maximum of 28 players. These are some of the indications that people tags you as a dictator because you are using too much veto and that has killed the spirit of Accra Hearts of Oak. The same way you evaluated some players, the organization has the right to evaluate your performance as a majority share holder and that is poor performance because Accra Hearts of Oak has been in crisis your inception. How on earth can you put 15 players on the transfer list without bringing in at least 4 quality players. Maybe you will suit up in the rainbow uniform if a player gets hurt because there won't be anybody to be a substitute.

  The problem isn't only technical but mismanagement and lack of ideology for success. No successful club signs players one season, get rid of them and does the same thing all over. U need to have continuity and longterm vision ...

  The problem isn't only technical but mismanagement and lack of ideology for success. No successful club signs players one season, get rid of them and does the same thing all over. U need to have continuity and longterm vision. Add this to a hungry,.determined and technically brilliant coaching staff and jr club will succeed. It's not rocket.scince This club is simply Lazy, management lacks direction and attention to detail
