  As the the issue stands now there is just too much wastage in the system as per the harvesting and processing of our timber or other forest products and so I urge govt to impose a total BAN on the export of all manner of timb ...

  As the the issue stands now there is just too much wastage in the system as per the harvesting and processing of our timber or other forest products and so I urge govt to impose a total BAN on the export of all manner of timber products be it raw logs or lumber and employ every relevant technology and expertise to develop an innovative and creative methods of maximising the main and residual byproducts and use of our forest products especially timber through investing in its entire value chain which will not only multiply or highly maximise its economic & environmental as well as social benefits to both govt and the citizenry but to enhance and increase our knowledge stock and our advancement as ppl. let us employ the appropriate technology to further process the sawdust which is one of the numerous byproducts of the industry and invest in the appropriate knowhow to create wealth, block the needless and wanton wastage in the system and save our environment. we must rise up and ensure that we make use of indigenous tech develop by the Forest Research Institute, and operationalized all the investments we have made in our educational sector, pls lets make use of our education, nowWWW...
