    The project of drafting a long-term national development plan is one that is visionary and pursuing. All manner of Ghanaians must be encouraged to bring their input, so that the plan will be all-encompassing.

    Take you 40 year plan to NDC congress. This plan dies with exit of NDC. FOOL WHO DOES NOT LISTEN.
