    What is preventing the court from hearing the case? Was the head count at the meeting to confirm Afoko's suspension constitutional of the NPP? If no then, let us correct issues to win 2016 elections.

    Afoko's rights must be respected,is he not a Ghanaian?hasn't he got the right to go to court and this is the same Npp preaching rule of law,Npp is corrupt it is as simple as that.

    Why should u stop the court from hearing the case? Before suspension of Afoko don't you think the matter can go to court? Then, let the court alone to hear the case and every Ghanaian will see clearly who Afoko is.

    No provision in any party's constitution can be final that ot cannot br appealed. The supreme court is the final and hoghest court and without the power of revirw og ots own decisions, ot sholf be the end to ALL litigations. ...
