  What is preventing the court from hearing the case? Was the head count at the meeting to confirm Afoko's suspension constitutional of the NPP? If no then, let us correct issues to win 2016 elections.

He is, in fact, an idiot. How can he claim to be the chairman of a group which has decided to relieve you him of the posiotion? So what meetings is he going to chair? Everybody is surprised how the NPP party a;;owed themselves to be taken for a ride by this idiot and his collaborator, Kwabena Agyepong! Just get rid of them and allow the party to operate

  Afoko's rights must be respected,is he not a Ghanaian?hasn't he got the right to go to court and this is the same Npp preaching rule of law,Npp is corrupt it is as simple as that.

I thought Nana was said to be an ardent Human Rights lawyer who stands to defend fairness, human rights, equity and respect of law? Oh dear, was I deceived!? I am I following this party wrongly and childishly. Oh our leaders, how could you possibly tell the court to throw away or stop hearing of the case. Would same be applicable to Nana and Bawumia case against NDC and the Electoral Commission (Afari Gyan)? Why can't my people apply simple logic and common sense? Our NPP has become a laughing stock in in Ghana and in Ghanaian politics. I just can't believe it!!!!

He was again arrested for beating up someone trying to remove this Party's Posters . Third time my father was arrested when the then Pres. Candidate and later Prime Minister Kofi Abrefa visited our constituancy. My father never went to school but was extremely intelligent. He advised me at his old age when he realised my interest in Politics

  Why should u stop the court from hearing the case? Before suspension of Afoko don't you think the matter can go to court? Then, let the court alone to hear the case and every Ghanaian will see clearly who Afoko is.

  No provision in any party's constitution can be final that ot cannot br appealed. The supreme court is the final and hoghest court and without the power of revirw og ots own decisions, ot sholf be the end to ALL litigations. ...

The NPP must theregore amend that portion of their constitution or it be declared as a nulity by the court.
