This whole changing lives tour is his version of npp's rise and build tour. Mahama and NPP have no genuine ideas. He has surrounded himself with some hungry thieve who a making a complete joke out of him. I hate Ndc but I can admit that Mahama means well for Ghana. He is just doesn't have the know-how or the personnel to be a president.

Mahama's so-called "Changing Lives" tour is NDC campaign tour disguised as a government activity and hence being paid for by Ghanaian tax payers instead of being paid for by the NDC party. The PPP is simply saying such a disguise of NDC activity as a government program being led by the President of Ghana and hence being paid for by all Ghanaians, is an abuse of incumbency(Mahama being in power) and must stop. I hope this helps you Kofi and the likes of you understand what PPP wrote in their article. Thanks

Why Mahama is nonperforming, despite the huge debts that he has burdened this nation with! There is something strange about the cost of Mahama initiated projects. If i were him i will sit back and check value for money abt projects done by my predecessors Look,Mahama is building only one interchange at circle for $300million. But meanwhile if u add up the cost of nine interchanges, including 6 lane roads that were initiated by President Kuffuor it does not add up to that of the circle interchange. Check this:1.) 7km, 6 lane Circle=Achimota(NeoplanJunction) road with 2 interchanges at Alajo and Achimota costs $27million. This even includes the Achimota Transport Terminal 2.) 5.7km 8 lane Achimota to Ofankor road with 3 interchanges at Peace Fm,Tantra Junction and Ofankor was completed at the cost of $64million. 3.) 14km 6 lane Tetteh Quarshie to Mallam road with 2 interchanges at Dimples and Mallam junction was completed at a cost of $160million. 4.) The 5.6Km 6 lane Tetteh Quarshie to Adentan road with 2 interchanges at Legon and Atomic Junction costs $37million. All this 32.3Km six lane highways with 9 interchanges cost $288million which is less than the cost of only one interchanges built by Mahama at Circle for $300million. Why is it so?, is the president blind to all this. If I were him I would have done far much more than Kuffuor in terms of value for money with this $300million to prove that I am sensible than Kuffuor.

And when years of accumulated stolen monies from percentages of inflated projects, judgment debts and direct use of government money from ghost projects like SADA and so on are shared fraudulently among the poor gullible voters, what do you expect? Still, if some NDC supporters were caught with thumb-printed ballot papers to rig the elections, how many of them did went through undetected or allowed to pass for stuffing the boxes in favour of NDC? I believe you have not forgotten that they used 5billion dollars of our money out of the budget in 2012 to buy the conscience of gullible votes.
